Purple Easel BOX

Okay so I am totally addicted to making these little boxes. They are so easy and fun to make I just cant stop; I have made 4 now; one for my son to paint on, one left to finish off later, and this is the second one shown on my blog. For the tutorial follow THIS link; it will take you to Top Tip Tuesday.  I have used cheap watercolor paper for my base and I really like it. My image is Melissa Fairy from Paper Makeup Stamps; ain't she a cutie? And she is on sale! I would highly recommend visiting this web store and checking out all of the super cute stamps; they are so affordable and such good quality you just can't pass up! Oh and our release was yesterday so if you do the hop you can collect a discount phrase that will give you 15% off your entire order. How can you beat that!?! Discount on top or really great prices! Oh and shipping is so reasonable; I am truly happy that I found PMS and so fortunate to be on the DT!

Okay so back to my card/project; I made this for the Makeover Challenge which is Back to School; you  have a week to enter so check it out HERE.
Here is a bit of a side view of the box; as you can see I have used up scraps from my PTI paper. I have kept it fairly simple only adding a bit of embellishments here and there; but I feel they get the job done. I have added two buttons I have been hording! They are so sparkly and pretty in real life.
I have made these 3 corner bookmarks to go into the box; this project is more like for a college student going back to school or even as a gift for a teacher.

Before I go I would like to remind you this week we are celebrating Top Tip Tuesday turning ONE; so there is a whole lot of prizes to be won(about £200 worth)! So check out the blog for more details and ways to win! You don't want to miss this one! The challenge is......Easel or Box Easel Card ; you have until Monday to submit an entry.
