Hello All;
I haven't posted a card for some time now; and the reason is that my sister has been visiting my parents and I have tagged along for a week. My parents live 2 hours away from me so when I visit I stay over for a few days. The gas prices are to high to make round trips in one day...gotta make my trip worth it. Plus I will admit that packing bags for three kids and myself can make me stress out(or just LAZY maybe). So I have been home for one week now and been busy with kids and honestly resting after that week long visit; see my sister has 3 kids plus my 3 kids plus my brother's 3 kids it can get a bit CRAZY! Totally fun too; but crazy at times:0)
Well on to my card for day....I have made a total boy card using the theme over at
Stars and Stripes and/or Independence Day
And here is my Designer Tip: Use your markers to add some pop to your paper. My striped paper was a bit dull and the stripes were very thick and spread out. I used my Copic markers to add more lines (freestyle) to make my paper POP!
Closeup using Bugaboo -Guy- Super Colored with Copic Markers.
And matching inside....
This is a rather large card and I have left it without a sentiment to make it fit for any occasion.
I would like to enter this card into the following challenges:
Make it Monday - always Anything Goes, Stamp and Create- (June) Bold and Bright, There's Magic in the Air One for the Boys, Totally Stampalicious -Teenagers,
Thanks for visiting and CHECK OUT my candy by clicking HERE or on my sidebar:0)

Hi, Janette! This is my first visit to your blog and I am thrilled to be on Kenny K's team with you! I'm admiring your beautiful work and just entered your giveaway. If I have time to make one, I would love to send a card to your cousin. I lost my younger sister to breast cancer just over 2 years ago and I know what a difference simple gestures like this can make to a cancer patient. It's a very scary ordeal on every level. I wish her a full and speedy recovery from her surgery and strength and tolerance during her chemotherapy.
